Previously used as a tourist destination as a Chocolate Cafe and chocolate factory. Perched well above flood level this very attractive building includes a garden set deck with a view across manacured lawns, of the magnificent River Murray. The building comprises a retail area, a factory and kitchen office and storage areas.
