If you are planning to have your car washed at the school's SRC fundraiser carwash this Friday (13/11/20), why don't you come into the library while you are waiting? Magazines and papers are available for a quick read or you might like to check out some of the latest novels that have been added to our collection, such as The Family Inheritance by Tricia Stringer, Daylight by David Baldacci, War Lord by Bernard Cornwell or An Alice Girl by Tanya Heaslip.

The Hub Open From the 3rd May 2021, The Hub will be open every week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 12pm for drop in. All are welcome to drop in for coffee and chat, coffees start at $1. We plan to fire up the coffee machine soon, so will also have affordable barista coffees for sale when that starts who doesn’t love cheap coffee?... #Homegrown Port Augusta We are excited to be launching our new garden group in the hub in Term 2 with the support of the Port Augusta City Council we have been able to purchase some Vegepod Garden beds and we will be working with a small group throughout a complete growing season to set up a small scale community garden and learn some gardening basics. Cooking Group Cooking Group will kick off again from Tuesday, May 4. This group is a lot of fun, we work together to learn some cooking basics, participants get to take home what they make each week. Spaces are limited and bookings are essential for this group. we encourage those who are interested to attend the whole 8 sessions, if you know anyone interested contact me ASAP as spaces fill quite fast. Book Club Every Tuesday the Book club will meet in the Hub, this group is being led by our new volunteer Danae which we are really excited about All are welcome to attend, The You Project Taking care of yourself is one of the most important parts of managing your mental health and wellbeing, Self care can look very different for every individual and we understand that what works for one might not work for another. Join us on a journey to explore different self care techniques and explore your wellbeing. Spaces are limited booking essential.
