19.01.2022 I’ve ventured out this week for some longer walks and runs and I’ve realised it has been months since I was away from my fridge for more than an hour’s workout! So hungry!

Due to new covid-19 restrictions starting 12:01am Saturday 1st August an appointed Covid safet...y Marshall must be present for all operational hours, all entrants to the premises must bring their own towel, check in and sanitize hands on arrival. The hours where staff will be present and members can use the facility are as follows. Mon-Thur: 5am-10am (current members only) 12pm-8pm (members, casual visits and enquiries) Friday: 5am-10am (current members only) 2pm-7pm (members, casual visits and enquiries) Saturday: 9am-1pm (members, casual visits and enquiries) We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, please be patient and do your bit to help Australia recover Thank you for your cooperation and understanding

15.01.2022 This guy! 15+km off trail in the dark last weekend! So proud of his resilience, his lovely nature and his fantastic attitude! Rogaining and bush walking are helping him grow so much as a human. It is a wonderful journey to witness. Get out in nature every day, you won’t regret it!
