10.01.2022 G'day guys, just an update Unfortunately, due to the winter slowdown, we don't have enough honey to supply this coming Saturday's Manly markets on the third. The good news, however, is that the bees should be picking up again with the coming warmer weather. We should be back up and running for the fortnight after. Sorry about this, we try our best but I'm not willing to compromise on taking honey away that isn't cured yet. Meaning our overall production is slower than others ...but makes for a higher quality honey due to lower water content. Thanks, Alex.
