22.01.2022 The feature photo on the Church Christmas Card this year. The artwork is from the decoration in the stained glass window featuring the apostle Paul in chains, and the wording is from Acts 28:15 "He thanked God and took courage..."

14.01.2022 In the lead-up to Australia Day, this "Conversation" between noted Australian academic and historian, Stuart Piggin and one time Deputy Prime Minister, John Anderson AO, is well worth listening to. https://johnanderson.net.au/conversations-featuring-associ/

14.01.2022 There is light both inside and outside the "locked" gates! This reminds of Jesus, the Light of the World who shines in our hearts as well as in the darkness.

13.01.2022 It would be lovely if the PM called for a day of prayer and national repentance before God in the light of all the fires we have had as a nation. It would be a powerful way to begin 2020.

09.01.2022 Well worth a read. (Even if you don't have cancer!!)

08.01.2022 Sadly Christians gathering to worship are ignored yet again in the latest Melbourne steps towards opening up. Worship services are banned. Weddings are still limited to 5 people and funerals to 10 and this applies to outdoor events!! (One can encounter more people at the supermarket!) or be passed by more jogging without masks while out for a walk! Yes, God is not limited by State decrees, and we can meet together electronically for which we are grateful but the priorities of the administration are clear.

07.01.2022 Thanks to the ministry of the Presbyterian Inland Mission (PIM) and their "Congregation Connect" software, we could worship today, scattered geographically, but united in Jesus Christ. If you want to join us, send us a brief message.
