17.01.2022 Throwback post. Cant believe it has been 12 months since our Melbourne City Badminton BWF Shuttletime program which took place this time last year just before ...the pandemic struck Melbourne Australia ! Thank you to all the enthusiastic kids who participated and equally enthusiastic parents who supported and to all our coaches and assistant coaches who held the program together in spite of the prevailing mood of uncertainty during that period. It was a different world and different time then but the fun of badminton endures. Junior Badminton will be back after a year-long hiatus. Great to have so many re-enrol for our Junior 2021 program starting very soon!! You waited. We waited. Let's play!!

10.01.2022 Thank you to every Victorian who stayed the course, who did the right things and who kept strong throughout. It was not easy. But we got there today. Melbourne re-opens soon. Victoria will reunite. It isn't all over yet as the virus is likely still out there in the community and the world sadly still in the grips of this global pandemic. So please continue to do the right things and what is required to stay safe so we do not risk what we have worked for and earned. Badminton will be back soon. Safely.

10.01.2022 Melbourne-City Badminton Club is back! We waited. Today we have a relatively safer life in Melbourne whilst, sadly, many parts of the world battle new waves of... the Covid-pandemic. It was good to hear the familiar sounds of squeaky soles on wood-sprung boards again. Lets all stay safe so we stay open and stay playing badminton. A condition of participation in our badminton club is compliance with our Return to Play & Covid-Safe Policy as endorsed by MSAC.

05.01.2022 Great to see so many familiar faces last week ! We miss those who have returned to your home countries and wish those who finished their studies all the very... best for your future. Hopefully the world will be a better place next year and many of you who left will return and play badminton with MISB!!!! Please comply with our Return to Play and MSAC Covid-Safe Policies when you attend. Special thanks to Richard for designing this poster all the way from Jakarta!
