Speak to a GP about getting a Mental Health Care Plan. A Mental Health Care Plan will allow you to get up to six subsidised sessions with a mental health practitioner through Medicare. If you are a player, HCC member or immediate family member, the HCC WINGS Mental Health fund can reimburse you for any further out-of-pocket costs associated with accessing these services. 24.01.2022 Hawthorn Cricket Club ‘Return to Play’ (14th November 2020) The ECA has announced that the ‘working towards’ date for the start of the 2020/21 season will be Saturday 14th November. This date is assuming that we will be under ‘Step 3’ of the Victoria COVID-19 Roadmap and we will keep you updated if this date moves. ... The Hawthorn Cricket Club has developed a COVID-19 plan which can be found on our club website on our dedicated COVID-19 resource page https://bit.ly/2Iwdbc1 It is important to remember when reading the COVID-19 plan and supporting information that ‘cricket in a pandemic is a privilege, not a right’, and we all need to do our bit to ensure our season can begin. 06.01.2022 Hawthorn Cricket Club COVID-19 Return to (safe) Play The Hawthorn Cricket Club, as always, takes the health and safety of our club members and patrons seriously. As such, we have acted to appoint a COVID-19 Manager Robert Tongue who has kindly taken on the responsibility to ensure our club meets the rules and regulations as outlined by the Government. Rob and some key personnel at the club have all become certified in the Australian Government Infections Control Training Prog...ram. It is this group who will enforce and implement the COVID-19 rules and regulations at the club, in conjunction with Government, Cricket Australia, and Cricket Victoria guidance. So, the next time you visit the club, you will notice a few changes. These changes have been put into place to ensure that anyone who is playing or visiting the clubhouse remains safe. Over the next few weeks, and as the season fixture dates are finalised, we will have more detailed information available for everyone.
