18.01.2022 We come to the end of yoga for the year until 28th Jan. Thank you everybody for your support and flexibility this past year. It’s been interesting, provoking change and pushing us to reconsider our daily lives. For keen students I have recorded holiday classes or private sessions available. Yoga pose for today - Paryankasanaq (A tricky one to sometimes get into and hold. Here I have a bolster with horizontal block at upper back). Today’s treat - Chocolate brownie (with almond meal, coconut sugar and coconut oil).

14.01.2022 Nothing beats fast food easy stir fry! Did the shopping and couldn’t wait to use my fresh produce. Lots of organic fresh veg, ginger, garlic, tempeh, tamari, mirin and fresh coriander served with basmati rice cooked in the rice cooler. 08.01.2022 Yoga pose for today - Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (strap around standing foot and lift thigh. Nourishing Red Lentil Dhal - soaked red lentils, cooked, fry in coconut oil red onion, garlic, cumin powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, cardamon powder, turmeric, curry leaves, asofetida. Add when lentils cooked with salt and lots of grated ginger. Let it sit and add lemon and fresh coriander when serving.
