20.01.2022 Onshore partner visas are being processed quite quickly recently, seeing these come through in a matter of months. That is, where the applicant is onshore when we apply.

17.01.2022 Covid-19 Update: Due to Covid-19, certain clients who are onshore may need further time in Australia. Under the current rules, visas do not automatically 'extend'. You will need to apply for a new visa before your current visa runs out. In certain cases, to obtain a new visa, you may need a waiver of 'no further stay'.
