23.01.2022 Life really is like a box of chocolates...we didnt quite expect ACROSS THE WAY to win today, after a fairly poor first up (with plenty of excuses) she had a huge turnaround today with blinkers on, some confidence building gallops and Carleen onboard. She showed ability throughout her gallops and trials to date so we knew it was there...just great to see it so early in her career. Congratulations to her great bunch of owners including Earl, my very first owner who has stuck by throughout
23.01.2022 5 runners last night at Pakenham and all ran well. 2 standouts, THE FRED EXPRESS () who showed his win last start wasnt a fluke, and TSUNAMI ARMY sprouted wings with the addition of blinkers and almost nailed them all at 150-1 for 3rd! Hope someone backed her the place odds #blackbookers

19.01.2022 What a day @thevalleyracecourse leader bias meaning both our back markers who drew wide gates were disadvantaged from the start. Little MELODEON got stuck behind one meaning she had no momentum but finished strongly...up in trip next start will see her more competitive new face masks from @hylandsportswear are top notch, thanks guys! Can breathe and are fashionable

15.01.2022 Excited to be racing this lovely scopey son of Puissance De Lune who was bred in Australia in partnership with our great bunch of friends in the Empire. He has ...just arrived in training with Charlotte Littlefield (a fellow Pom!) and he grew up with Deb Gifford and Damian Gleeson at Phoenix Broodmare Farm (pictured there below, before he turned grey, with his mum Spaceage Juliet). Special mention to Honora Corridan and Bobby Donworth, breeders of his sire who is doing very well in Australia at Adam Sangsters Swettenham Stud.

13.01.2022 #lifeafterracing She never saw the racetrack sadly but @jaimekeenan.eventing loved her from the start so it was fitting she continued her life under Jaimes care one of our other good names that didnt make it as a racehorse: CHASTITY (Tavistock x Special Belt ) where they go post racing is extremely important to us. We will be adding a section to the website in coming weeks to detail this for our followers. Stay tuned!
13.01.2022 My golden child PRINCE ALBY I know you cant have faves but hes been there since day one! We only took out 3 hedges today and managed to get the saddle off before he exited. Good to have him back and running well. Looking forwards to next start

06.01.2022 Warning long post coming up! THE FRED EXPRESS...a 6 yr old son of Not a Single Doubt out of our broodmare Offshore Sham wins his maiden at @melbourneracingclub Mornington today under a great ride by @camrawiller. This horse was sat in a paddock for 2 years overcoming a deep digital flexor tendon and high suspensory injury so bad the vets suggested paddock retirement. After a stint at rehab we had no success so let him hang out with the broodmares and enjoy retirement. Fast... forward 2 years and I see him flat stick it across the paddock and decide (against everyones advice) to give him one more go! And today, after 3 average runs with bad barriers and no luck he storms home and wins like the horse who won a Cranbourne jump out in flash time 2 1/2 years ago. Time is a great healer named in honour of the great @rogerfederer and raced by great friends and family, today was why we do this...for the heart warming stories. #itsnotaboutthemoney See more

06.01.2022 Great start to AINT SHE CUTES career with a fast finishing 2nd in very good company @sale_turf_club today. She was the smallest in the yard but showed determination and professionalism in her run today aided by @jasoncmaskiell great to have @grandsyndicates involved with this girl who I purchased @magicmillions last year. Hopefully we can all enjoy some fun times ahead
