24.01.2022 Some more feed heading up to the Mid West region Thanks to you all for donating funds to fuel these trips and to our volunteers Graeme, Jenny & Ross for heading north If you see them on the road, give 'em a toot.

23.01.2022 We are on the road again! Rossco is taking this lot to the northern part of the Wheatbelt, WA, where dust storms are a norm (photo 2). Over the coming weeks we will be moving remaining donated feed to those areas in WA who need it. If you'd like to donate, follow the link here https://www.farmersacrossborders.com.au/financial-donations/... If you see him on the road, give him a toot n a wave

23.01.2022 What a year! COVID put a pause on our annual Ag Show visits and other fund-raising efforts BUT we are still here and just as keen to help out our farming family Baling donated feed starts shortly and we will be opening applications soon. Where we tuck to, and when, will be flexible, and the Aus Day run will be confirmed over the coming weeks. So drop us a line! We still want to hear from you and work with you because, this drought thing is still very real for areas of our... state. #farmersacrossborders #HayfromWA #drought #outbackaustralia #agriculturewa #truckyeah #straya #HAY #WesternAustralia #Drought #DroughtinWesternAustralia #AustralianFarmers #FarmLife #charityhayrun #farmersacrossborders #droughtawareness #hayrunners #hayday #hayforwa #aussiefarmers #station #outbackaustralia #stationcountry #outbacktruckers #AustralianTruckDrivers #donatenow

19.01.2022 Can you believe its June already! The end of financial year is fast approaching, which means it’s a good time to think about EOFY tax deductible donations. Farmers Across Borders is a not for profit, charitable group, with all donations $2 and over tax deductible. Your donation may seem small, but it makes a massive difference in helping Australian farmers and pastoralists living through drought.... You can read more about who we are and what we do here https://www.farmersacrossborders.com.au/ or give us a call. We believe in what we do and be more than happy to have a chat about it. 18.01.2022 This week we have loads going to Jerramungup, Mullewa and Salmon Gums. There are still plenty of places in need and we still have some feed left (400ish bales). So please get in contact or send in application if you need assistance (application link below). Yesterday the North Mallee Farm Group (Salmon Gums, WA) had a field walk, things are very patchy in the region with little rainfall and definitely no runoff rains for the dams.... Terry from The Regional Men’s Health came along for the day and put on a sausage sizzle for dinner. The guys are happy to travel and have a talk with any and all groups so give them a call!! https://regionalmenshealth.com.au/ Remember to look after yourself and your mates. Keep the conversation going and check in on each other in these difficult times. #mensregonialruralhealth https://www.farmersacrossborders.com.au/conditions-applica/

01.01.2022 Today Sam spoke with the Humanitarian Advisory Group for the Australian Red Cross, highlighting the fact that there is drought in areas of WA and, because there is no official Drought Declaration, the difficulty people are having accessing information, help and drought assistance. To help gather more information the Advisory Group are doing a survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DroughtNeedsAssessment The purpose of this survey is to understand and identify the priority we...llbeing needs of drought-affected communities, with the outcomes of the needs assessment informing current and future Australian Red Cross drought resilience work. So please, take the time to fill out the survey. Participation is completely voluntary and no personal data will be collected. Let's tell them what's really going on in our communities.
