24.01.2022 Tits......Nuts.......Diffuser That's right.....and yes, you did read that right....tits, nuts and diffuser Say What?!?... Take 15 minutes. Put some vinegar in the diffuser and let it run. Then I want you to take time your to check yourself, become familiar with your body and check yourself! Check your tits, check your nuts, check your skin, check whatever you need too......just take time to do it!! Once you have finished checking yourself, then empty your diffuser and wipe it out. Do this on the 1st of every month. I will be here to remind you. Don't have a diffuser, or essential oils to go into the diffuser....I know someone who can help you out there #titsnutsanddiffuser

13.01.2022 Geepers.....bloody movies!! I don't even have to concentrate on a movie for it to bring me to blubber My son was watching a movie about a dog while I have been working on the laptop. I haven't even paid a lot of attention to the movie and yet as it comes to an end, I still end up crying!!... Now this isn't new for me, the kids usually watch me more than a movie toward the end of them to see when I will start crying There are TV ad's that have made me cry!! Think I need to go and get the Console Rollerball and give myself a hug What movies, if any, make you cry?

Meditation Get kids up and breakfast Feed Goats Go live in my oily group Shower Oil What happened Juiced for partner for today and an extra in the fridge for tonight and cleaned juicer Juiced for myself for this morning and extra for later Can't get juicer apart to clean again Need to walk away Still can't get the juicer apart Walk away again Nope, the freaking thing won't budge Get the kids up and breakfast Shower and crank some frequency music Oil Feed goats and do live in oily group Oil some more Not how I had things planned in my head but that is ok. Juicer can wait until later, kids are organised and I'm mostly organised for the day How is your morning?
