25.01.2022 How often do you reassess your goals? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? I like to reassess my goals weekly but I don't limit myself to just that. For example, my goal this week was to pick up my new gym pass, track my food daily and exercise at the gym and/or my studio 3x.... Daily on My Fitness Pal (where I log my food) I have been posting my thoughts and challenges for accountability and completing my food diary by the end of the day. Today my goal, or challenge, is to consume an adequate amount of protein as I've noticed this is something I haven't been getting enough of. I recommend establising goals for yourself on a short term and long term basis ON TOP OF a weekly reassessment. If you need assistance in establishing goals and forming habits towards a healthier lifestyle make sure to comment below!

25.01.2022 New Years Resolutions are, for the most part, unrealistic. By sticking to smaller goals that are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely) this will help you to maintain clarity on what it is that the next 3, 6 or 12 months of challenges are going to result. That aside, chances are that the reality of another year is hitting hard. Another year of setting goals, hitting personal deadlines and trying to live your best life. Gym anxiety is one of the main ...factors of why, by January 7th, most people are ready to give up on their intention to improve their health. In fact, let me tell you this 8 out of every 10 clients in our Premium Online Coaching program have experienced gym anxiety at some point in time. And you know what? We’ve been there too. We’ve felt judged by people who are in better shape, we’ve been intimidated about attending group classes overcoming obstacles such as these might not seem easy, but it is possible. Check out our latest post on Eat Run Lift - How to Overcome Gym Anxiety.

21.01.2022 Tuesday giggle for you! Excited for the first Mums & Bubs session at the Eat Run Lift studio today at 11am - you still have time to book in ;) Email [email protected] to secure your spot!

21.01.2022 Injuries and training setbacks can stop us from sticking to our workout routines, meaning we feel like we have to pick up and start all over again. Check out these 7 fool-proof tips Hayleigh has put together to help you avoid injury!

16.01.2022 How dare you make me work harder than I have to.

14.01.2022 Heck yes, it's Friday! I'm fairly honest with my clients (and my social media following), from covering the struggles that I've personally had with feeling uncomfortable with my body post-pregnancy to skipping breakfast and drinking too much coffee 80% of the time. I set myself some goals at the start of the week and I've absolutely kicked butt at almost all of them - I'll re-cap for those who don't follow me on Instagram (@haayleigh). 1. Stop skipping breakfast (failed 4/5 d...ays, woops!) 2. Leave the house daily (check, even though it's been raining) 3. Dance with Atticus (check!!) 4. Stop comparing myself to others (yup!) 5. Enjoy some tech-free time (YEP) What did I learn? That if I set a short list of goals (5 or less) to achieve throughout the week AND hold myself accountable using social media, well, I'd look a bit lazy if I didn't get through them. Although these are all goals that I want to achieve each week, I'll put these as a standard and go from there! I'll share my goals for the week ahead on Sunday afternoon!

13.01.2022 With an ever-increasing social acceptance of caffeinated products in the fitness industry, are we really making appropriate use and enhancing our performance or are we interfering with our training?

13.01.2022 I get a lot of enquiries about online coaching... What is it? How much does it cost? How can I stay accountable?... How do I know that it's not a one-sized fits all program? Online coaching is on par to what I can offer in a face-to-face session at our Eat Run Lift studio. From specific (and realistic) goal setting and customised programs to receiving priority contact with myself. Whether you are looking for a program to use at the gym, home or park online coaching is going to be for you. What's even better is that by having the opportunity to adjust your training in real time you'll be able to fast track your results - that means unlimited adjustments and achieving your goals in no time! Enquire and sign up this month to receive an additional two weeks for FREE(!!!). Comment below with your email address or send me a message and I'll respond to you today :)

13.01.2022 There are hundreds of ways to maintain accountability for your health & fitness habits, whether it be training with a friend, being active in an online group or posting photos and videos to a social media account. It’s the number 1 worst kept secret when it comes to achieving your goals. One of my favourite things about being a health & fitness coach is helping my clients reach their goals - whether it be online or in studio. Does this journal look familiar??
