24.01.2022 Welcome! My name is Hayley and I would like to welcome you to my brand new business Total Wellness & Sports Performance. I will be providing massage services such as Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, as well as sport specific treatments such as sports massage, sports taping and assistance in rehabilitation. ... I also offer additional services such as stretching, range of motion assessment, posture assessments, basic nutritional advice and first aid services. I am currently a student at the Australian Institute of Fitness studying a Diploma of Remedial Massage. I also have qualifications as a Personal Trainer and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science at the University of Adelaide. I have experience working in a gym as a personal trainer and I am currently working as the head trainer at Eastern Park Football club. I have a strong passion and interest in health, sports and fitness and I can’t wait to help whether it’s by reaching your full potential in your chosen sport, relieving aches and pains or generally feeling better overall!
