12.01.2022 A Message from our Managing Director To our valued customers, In this unprecedented climate of uncertainty and nervousness around COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I want to reassure you that here at Burbank we are doing everything possible to keep our builds moving forward while keeping our customers, staff and the community safe.... We are a family business and we’ve been around for more than 35 years, so we understand how you’re feeling right now. We’ve seen some tough times over the years, and we’re confident we’ll get through this next difficult period, especially with some extra safety measures in place. Our office, selection studio’s and display homes are still open, and our sales staff are still here to assist you however face -to-face meetings and tours are now by appointment only. We have increased hygiene practices including increased cleaning and sanitation. We also have a strict staff policy around employees with an illness staying home from work. Our policies around sickness and travel are in line with the Government’s bans. The safety of our customers, staff and the community is our highest priority, so we’re asking customers to refrain from shaking hands and to stay home if they; feel unwell, have returned from overseas within the past 14 days or been in contact with someone that has and/or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with, or is in the process of being tested for COVID-19. For our new and existing customers, we have a range of remote communications, so your plans don’t have to stop. These include phone call meetings with sales staff, website chat with Burbank’s experts, video conferencing and digital signature capabilities. Our customers can also access their build updates using our exclusive Burbank MyPlace customer app. We want to reassure customers that at this stage there are no delays or impacts to new or existing builds, it is very much business as usual. Rest assured we are in constant contact with our build partners and are closely managing our supplies. We are actively monitoring the Coronavirus situation and will update customers should there be any changes to our policies and processes We know this is a difficult time, and we’ll do our best to keep up business as usual so you can look forward to planning or living in your new, dream home.
