I know this feeling well, and I'm so grateful to have my coach working with me through these times of self doubt.... 10.01.2022 I recently read that most New Year's Resolutions will be forgotten by 12th January... This got me thinking why this would happen. I came to the conclusion that most New Years resolutions are a thought, not a plan. An idea not planned out for execution. With a new year comes new hopes and dreams for the future. Why not make it work this year.... Write down your goals, break them down into bite sized chunks. Ask yourself questions like, who do I need to be to achieve this goal? What do I need to do? When do I need to do it by? And by what timeframe do I want this? Our brains are very powerful computers and will find all the answers you are looking for, if you ask the right questions... And by writing your plan down it helps to solidify your hopes and dreams and make them into your reality, give it a go and see what happens.

05.01.2022 "People Buy What They WANT, Not What They NEED" My husband turned to me and said, 'the tread on your tyres is getting low, will NEED to get replacements soon'. In my mind I was like, oh yeah I'll get round to that! A few weeks go by and I'm cruising down the street when I notice the same model BMW as mine but oh my, the shiny black rims against the brilliant white paint and black tinted windows, wow, now that looks smart!... I WANTED them, had to have them and the following week, my car was booked in for shiny black rims with fresh new tyres. You see it wasn't the fact i needed the new tyres or the rims for that matter on that given week, it was the WANT over the NEED that got my attention...
