25.01.2022 Have you heard yourself throwing around the ‘SHOULD’ word lately? I ‘SHOULD’ be exercising more , I ‘SHOULD’ be eating better , I ‘SHOULD’ be doing something for myself like meditating When I hear the word ‘SHOULD’ it makes me think of the things we tell ourselves we ‘SHOULD’ be doing but don’t really want to be doing.... I have been hearing the word ‘SHOULD’ being thrown around in my community lately, and this isn’t a criticism at all! Most of us don’t even realise we are saying it at a conscious level. If it feels like a chore, if it feels like pressure or societies version of what you ‘SHOULD’ be doing as opposed to being what you actually want to be doing right now, don’t do it Stop forcing yourself to do something that is imposed on you and wait to feel ready and open to invite it in If it’s not serving you right now, stop putting pressure on yourself! Enjoy what is supporting you in this moment instead

12.01.2022 Do you ever have one of ‘those’ days? You know, the days where things just feel off. When you feel like you’re pushing everything up hill and it just feels hard Those days when you throw your hands in the air and just want to give up? ... Let me tell you something lovely We ALL have ‘those’ days. It is perfectly normal and natural to feel this way from time to time. The important question is, how do you support yourself during these times and pull yourself out of it in a compassionate way? Personally, a swim in the pool or ocean and a workout are magic for me Also allowing myself time to sit with these emotions and journal what is rising I would love to hear what supports you. 08.01.2022 Let me ask you this lovely... who do you compare yourself too? I’m guessing your initial reaction will be no one, but when you really sit with it people may come to mind... They may be people you know, friends, school mums, colleagues. ... Or they may be people online, doing similar things to you, celebrities and influencers. I get it, I call it comparisonitis and have struggled with it myself over the years It creeps in more when I’m doing something that feels stretchy, when I have a bad day at the gym or when a launch isn’t going as well as I hoped You see, when you continue to compare yourself to external people or different success stories, you take your focus of what is truly important... YOU I challenge you to compare yourself only to who you were this time last year, who you were yesterday, who you were this morning and grow from there. That is the only level of comparison worth your time and energy beauty



02.01.2022 I get it... Now might not feel like the right time to invest in yourself and your development due to financial constraints , feeling pulled in different directions with competing priorities not feeling like you have the time I’ve been there. Last year I was running not 1 but 2 small businesses as well as supporting my husband’s small business, running a household, raising 2 children , sitting on a board and caring for me (hello CrossFit and beauty treatmen...ts ) all whilst living remotely. And you know what? I still managed to invest and participate in 6 programs, a Mastermind and a retreat You may be asking why? Why would you add more to your already busy load? The answer is simply lovely. To grow, to expand, to enrich and to continue to lean into a better version of myself. You see, I wouldn’t be the coach, woman, mother, partner or friend I am today if I hadn’t taken that leap. If I hadn’t trusted my intuition and said yes to me. To my development, to my future When we don’t invest in ourselves and say no due to listening to the voices in our head reminding us about expenses, other commitments, time, #allthethings we simply sit still.
