23.01.2022 In a effort to try and support the small guys as much as we can we ordered a fruit and veg box from Topnotch Produce, we got the $50 because eggs are hard to get these days so we can never have enough however they have a box for $45 without eggs! Free Delivery, everything was fresh and amazing! #supportlocal

This beautiful 4 bed 2 bath property in bellbird park was just beautiful - so much space and even a cute little study nook! 07.01.2022 Today being a rest day for me AKA get on top of my own cleaning lol, I thought I’d share a few things that I like to get done in my spare time to keep on top of the household so I can actually relax after big bond cleans! 1. Windows and frames - keep in mind most of my windows are on my second level so I have to use the hose to get to the outside level to clean them so that will be done every couple of months! - security screens you can hose or pressure clean and go over th...e inside with a wet microfibre to remove all dust and residue - my windows unscrew so I pop them off, put them in my shower and spray with a mixture of water, dishwashing liquid and metho spirits (thanks to my friend and fellow cleaner Bonnies Cleaning Services for this mix) let it sit for a bit and spray with my shower head and let dry. - I use the same mixture to clean my windows, squeegee then buff the inner window and clean the tracks - one the screen is dry I screw them back on Mirrors & tracks - they look great when clean but if you have little ones you will notice the hand prints and where they have been kissing the mirror lol - same mixture as the windows, spray and wipe down with a microfibre, squeegee and then buff amy spots with a dry microfibre Fans & aircon filters - once a month I go around and wipe down my fans, I get hay fever pretty bad and dust triggers me to sneeze like a crazy person so wiping down with a dry microfibre keeps that at bay - aircon filters I use a dust pan brush and get all the dust off, if they have mould or sticky residue soak in the sink with dishwashing liquid and give them a scrub! - filters in bathrooms and toilets - pop them off wipe them down and soak if needed in dishwashing liquid Walls - I’ve recently converted to using tricleanium to clean walls which you can get from Bunnings in the painters section. I find it doesn’t leave a residue behind and barely need to scrub! Amazing if you have a stairwell filled with hand prints haha! All of these things are big things I see that haven’t been done when I do bond cleans, especially with all the virus’s that we need to be careful of at the moment it’s always good to try and dedicate one day a month to smash these things out and keep on top so it’s not so overwhelming!

05.01.2022 When hiring a cleaner please make sure they have insurance! It’s not rude to ask for proof that they are insured as that insurance is what will cover them should they break or damage anything in your home.
