25.01.2022 So waiting to get back to the studio and get creating again. We have a new home and I think I have a studio space, there is just the moving left to do. Meanwhile here's a little bit of creative play that cheered me up. This is from a shoot with the lovely and playful Linda Chambers in 2019. Miss all you beautiful Albany peeps. She believed she wasnt photogenic but ended up purchasing a number of killer shots. I feel so happy when I can improve or change how someone sees themselves. 20.01.2022 Could you please help me with a little MARKET RESEARCH dear friends. I am wondering how many of you like the idea of little or no makeup for a photo shoot and how many of you would prefer the whole shebang! Obviously in times of Corona, its not even possible at the moment to do makeup at all, but in the States and amongst my world-wide mentor group because of this, there has been a shift to more barefaced portraits, and/or women doing their own makeup and then photographer...s, discretely touching up makeup in in Photoshop if necessary for their purchased images. As you may well know, what I stand for is 'all women are beautiful all the time' so a part of me is all for the raw no makeup shoots, however I am aware that many women out there like/love their makeup and may not feel so comfortable or happy with their final images without it. For sure I will always be offering hair styling, that is non negotiable because a great hair day makes all the difference in photos. And I will still be offering makeup when its requested (and when restrictions lift). Its just I am very curious about the current wishes of my followers and clients moving forward, so if you've read this far please click your preference below. Thank you so so much for helping. Big virtual hugs to you all. p.s. just pointing out too... in all of the self portraits you've ever seen of me, none of them have makeup, just skin retouching in Photoshop later :-) p.p.s there is not really much between these two photos in my view - the result of good editing does shift the emphasis away from the need for makeup, if you would like to trust me. 19.01.2022 Everyone can have sexy, sassy, sensual photos of themselves. Every one can have this. Everyone is beautiful to me. Everyone deserves this. Having beautiful photos of yourself, that you can look at every day, especially on the days you feel 'just meh', is the absolute best way to stay in touch with your worth and your complete loveability. This photo shoot was done with no hair and makeup,as it was done the last day before before lockdown. Many of you know I never photogra...ph myself with makeup. So I know it is totally possible to look amazing without the full make over if that's not your style. Boudoir is about being a bit more vulnerable, not necessarily more naked. Many thanks to my beautiful friend Simone for her willingness to be vulnerable and for allowing me to post this on FB.

19.01.2022 Some big news before we go away I am so excited to announce that I have just received my ASSOCIATE ACCREDITATION with The Portrait Masters in the USA. ... My work has been judged by 5 world class Master Photographers and found to be of a high professional standard. The scores for my work are increasing every submission round as I dedicate myself to mastering my craft. I study classes and follow Master Photographers constantly to improve my work and my service to you all. A big thank you to all the women and men here who allowed me to photograph their essence and create these amazing portraits. And with that goal reached I am now working towards my Master’s Accreditation

17.01.2022 This is Marie one of my oldest and dearest friends. We bonded 50 years ago scoffing off large amounts of lollies at Horse Riding Camp and getting very sick haha. We dont live close or see each other, but as with all great friendships when we do catch up its like we have never been apart. I love this woman so much for her strength, humour and humanity.

11.01.2022 You may have noticed I've been quiet of late. That's because things have been unfolding. Yes after nearly 3 years of saying we were going to do it... we are finally taking this show on the road. Covid interrupted my business flow just enough to let me take some breaths and imagine this is possible. It is an incredibly exciting adventure ahead with some new business challenges for me to navigate. So we will leave at the beginning of July and hope to be away for 12month...s. Travelling north to Broome for a while and then seeing where the road takes us after that. I'll be posting on my both my Facebook pages, Instagram and will also write a blog too, so you probably wont even feel like I'm gone, except for the stunning scenery photos haha. I'm so excited to have a chance to take this great adventure and to see how I will grow as a photographer in the next year, and look forward to sharing that with you along the way and when I return. I'll miss you all and look forward to catch-ups when the time is right to return. So of course its not good bye, merely see you later. <3 <3

I know its going to be crappy weather the next few days but, generally we do have a few good days up until June. I am also starting up in the studio. ... 02.01.2022 Who got to sit on the NEW CHAIR in front of the NEW BACKDROP with the NEW LIGHT.... Nicky Lawrence was the lucky lady doing light tests for me. The light will be adding some new creative touches to my work in the coming months. Watch out for it :-)
