25.01.2022 A referral from the project at Mooroolbark I had a good feeling about Hazelvale Homes from my very first conversation with Grant - he was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help with our project. Building an extension to our home means we can stay here for another ten years, rather than move on to a larger home elsewhere. We’ve found Hazelvale Homes to be incredibly honest, hardworking, and very approachable. Their high-quality workmanship and attention to detail, along ...with their easy-going nature, has meant that our first building experience has been a really positive one. We've finished the extension on time, and even come in at less than what we budgeted for. We’ve had unexpected council and boundary issues, and Grant and Adam went out of their way to help us negotiate - and come to a resolution. A very welcome surprise, also, was Hazelvale’s attitude to regularly doing more than they were asked. 14.01.2022 Visited an existing client in Mitcham. Check out the interior styling. We think she has a career with design. The house looks amazing.

09.01.2022 Project Rye, changing weathered timber weather boards over to James Hardie Linea Sycon with windows trims. Painting roof, verandah posts and fully enclosed deck. Photos will be updated as the job progresses.

06.01.2022 Project Coldstream - replacing existing fascias, gutter going on, stairs being constructed and bricks nearly finished. Thanks to everyone helping, great work.

A: There isn’t a definitive answer to this as subdividing is always based on a council's decision to accept the plan or not. There is a lot to consider such as the zoning you live in, the size of the land, neighbourhood characteristics, landscape overlays and the list goes on. It’s best to contact a person who has genuine experience... in the game. They can use their experience to ensure you can get the best return for your investment. Contact a draftsman or land/town planner. Contacting the right people is one of the most important facets of the subdivision game as a great company will maximise your return and an average company may minimise your return.
