15.01.2022 Feeling disappointed that that we have to post this. We have some illegal dumping at both our Elizabeth St and Dayman St premises over the past weeks. We are a non for profit community organisation. Paying dump fees for others rubbish is less money that we can return to the Hervey Bay community. We are not a dump point to offload your rubbish. Dumping on the outside of premises is illegal and you can be facing a fine. Both of our premises have surveillance cameras. We will be... forwarding this footage to the appropriate authorities. There are signs on the fences of both premises displaying a phone number for people to call if they have after hours drop offs. Please call those numbers to avoid a fine. If you wouldn’t give it to a mate then don’t donate!!

14.01.2022 We are no longer accepting donations. Please do not leave goods in our bins from today. We will be only accepting the pickups already arranged. Your health is important to us and in order to manage the spread of coronavirus, we will be controlling what comes in and out of our shops.... Please hold onto your donations if you're able to. We will happily resume taking them when the health crisis has passed. At this point we will still be delivering goods purchased, but this may change in the future. Thank you for your support

09.01.2022 Treasure Trove Op Shop At 88 Elizabeth St Urangan is closed until further notice. We are closing the Op Shop immediately, due to the COVID19 threat. Majority of our volunteers are in the most vulnerable age group ( self isolating )and without them we just can’t function.... We will advise in the future, should this change. Loan Equipment will still be available at 82 Dayman St Urangan by appointment only. Eftpos transactions only. Appointment can be arranged during normal business hours by phoning 4125 3955 8am - 2pm Mon -Fri. We will not be accepting returns at this time, until further notice. All penalties for late returns of loaned equipment will not apply for the period we are closed. Thank you for your support at this time
