13.01.2022 My fitness journey started 2 years ago, while I was doing my certificates at tafe. I was learning so much in the classroom I wanted to practically do all of it. I was making programs my self to suit different training styles, to help my self understand why and what the benefits are. Plus also I was questioning trainers in the field, learning why they like training and what their experience has taught them. Two years later my knowledge and passion for fitness has transformed m...e mentally and physically - on the left is a photo from August 2017, on the right is from a month ago From being physically active, it makes me feel so good knowing that I can push my self to gain more self confidence in me and my training.
