24.01.2022 Excellent book to read for females. The information provided is easy to read, well researched and covers lots of topics relating to women's hormones. I have heard Lara speak and she is very captivating and so easy to understand. Happy reading to you all. #healthylifestyle #health #hormones #hormonebalance #healthychoices #choices #NIS #craniosacraltherapy #bowentherapy #ballaratbusiness #ballaratlife #nutrition #hpadisregulation

22.01.2022 Vital quote to be read, reread and reread again. Preventative health is the only way to go. Where do you start with this? Make sure you take small steps to achieving this. Implementing one change to your life daily, weekly or monthly depending on your time is the key. You need to be consistent and make the changes long term. Don't make them too unrealistic for your own body. If you need some help please book in online at Health Connection Ballarat. #preventativehealth #healthpromotion #lookingafterourselves #healthylifestyle #healthychoices #foodismedicine #eatrealfood #excercise #gratitude #meditation #journaling #growthmindset #NIS #craniosacraltherapy #bowentherapy #movement #yoga #animalflow

15.01.2022 Views of my walk this morning. So sheltered and great to get out in the fresh air. An hour well spent listening to a podcast and taking in nature. #walk #bushwalk #ballaratbusiness #ballarat #healthylifestyle #healthandfitness

13.01.2022 Today was an amazing public holiday. Hope you all enjoyed your day. Running, swim, paddle, Chai, treatment, family, out for dinner and purchased some Gin to wish the Cats all the best tomorrow. Sounds busy but it was so relaxing. Time away and time out gives you time to appreciate all the good things in life. Laughter is amazing medicine as well and there was plenty of that today. The one thing that gets me is my Raynauds, those of you that have had a treatment with me know my hands are always cold but this is next level. #oceangrove #barwonheads #chai #timeout #gocats #gin #dinner #familytime #relaxation #running #paddleboarding #NIS #craniosacraltherapy

11.01.2022 School holiday fun in the snow. I am certainly enjoying looking and appreciating the beauty of the snow and the weather Ballarat has to offer. Doesn't happen very often and when it is this cold it might as well snow. What fun it can be to be a kid and not care how cold you get. #ballaratlife #ballarat #snow #ballaratbusiness #healthylifestyle #fun

09.01.2022 When your daughter says mum look I can do the splits. My attempt is definitely no where near as graceful nor do I have as much flexibility. My competitive streak and determination might one day allow me to get there. Patience, practice and persistence, the three words I was reminded of this week. Always good to have a challenge and some fun. #movement #excercise #fun #attemptingsplits #mumdaughterfun #ballaratbusiness #ballaratlife #familytime #goals #goalsetting #NIS #craniosacraltherapy #bowentherapy

03.01.2022 Today we had the privilege of heading to the beach. The car trip when the kids are excited, exhausted, niggling at each other, road works, can be challenging and requires constant attention. I always love it when I find an engaging podcast that we can all listen too. Sam Willoughby is the latest person to feature on The Imperfects Podcast. He has an amazing story and tells his story so well, it makes you feel grateful for all that you have. The beach was amazing today as well, so grateful to be able to travel to the beach and jump in for a swim. #podcast #theimperfects #theresilienceproject #samwilloughby #gratitude #grateful #oceangrove #beach #smallbusiness #ballaratbusiness #ballaratlife #schoolholidays

02.01.2022 What a morning, so grateful for where we live. Near the bush. Bike riding family fun was the best thing to do in this weather and for our daily exercise. We where out on the tracks, enjoying the fresh air, getting muddy, laughing and riding together. So much to be grateful for right now. Thanks Palmer's for the awesome ride and now I get to do the washing #sundayfunday #familytime #familysunday #ballaratbusiness #ballaratlife #ballarat #whiteswan #trees #nature #relaxation

02.01.2022 My 2 favourite episodes on podcasts to have a listen, details on photos. @em.murray.1 @highperformancemindfulness @dylandfriends @miafreedman @mrsdzt . They are easy listening, educational, motivational and hopefully will help bring the best out in you. We always need to work in ourselves and not beat ourselves up for being the best we can. We are all different but thats what makes us who we are. Hope your enjoying your weekend.

01.01.2022 A bit of DRSABCD today for home learning. CPR is an essential life skill, which I hope my children won't have to use. Whilst we have more time at home I thought it best to update my children's skills in first aid. We covered DRSABCD, asthma and EpiPen usage. The plan is to teach them some more each week so I don't overload their brains and hopefully they remember what I have taught them. If anyone would like to hire the manikins for some of your own home teaching please mes...sage via FB or insta or follow the link in my bio to my website. Have a great day and I hope you enjoy some sun today. #CPR #remotelearning #firstaid #ballaratlife #ballaratbusiness #healthcareworkers #lifeskills
