17.01.2022 Been about 2 years since we built this in 5 weeks for a top 10 street list that because it was to hard got canceled, so then we entered in comp class yet again a couple of rained out meets early in the season comp round was cancelled! Tassie nats finals cancelled because he had no trophies!! Tow wagon ran 11.7 , VH ran 9.7 @136mph on 1 kit plenty left in the tank, cant wait for the up coming drag season 2 cars again look forward to the future of Tassie drag racing! on radials this time!! Bring on 19/20 summer!!

17.01.2022 Been very quiet over the last month as our race track has been battered by the elements and has opened up pre existing cracks so this months race meet has been canceled, so Ive taken the time to do some preventive maintenance on the 383 , stripping it down to my surprise all the bearings had very little wear, after a full season of running 11.00s and on the odd occasion running as low as 10.3 down the 1/4 mile, (when I could get away with it) numerous power skids, a burn out... comp, and 2off street drag meets goes to show using top quality Fuchs 10w40 engine oil with regular oil changes goes a long way, we will be at the jet cars in November 12/13th hoping to run in to the mid 9s in the big vh with a new rear tyre combination, and Bruce the tow car looking to go in to the 10 second barrier with a new diff ratio and stall convertor and hoping to back up a round 1 win in super street!! 15.01.2022 Jet car round was cancelled due to the heavy rain battered track and pits all the kids loved the jet cars , we managed to get a full run out of the vc straight of the trailer 9.8 and backed it up with a 9.7 at 136mph 1/4 mile, then came the rains, looking forward to racing round 1 when ever we may have a good day for it!! Massive thanks to island batteries for there on going support and Fuchs oils number 1 in oils!! #nitrousls1 chasing 8s!! Thanks to the crew for all your hard work at the track!!

14.01.2022 Just letting everyone know Ive retired the VY SS after last season, it ran a PB of 10.3@134 mph, I stepped up and am now racing a comp spec street car VH Commodore! looking massively forward to the up coming season! The tow car VF SS wagon Super Street car debut last weekend and ran 11.7 1/4 mile, before the end of season were looking for the 10 second tow car status! Nerrilee won the Super Street class last weekend lets hope some of her luck pays off with me lol will keep you posted

13.01.2022 Massive thank you to island batteries, Fuchs lubricants keeping the 9 second street commodore ever reliable, we came 2nd in the v8 class competing against dedicated blown burnout cars couldnt be more happy with how it performed, looked and sounds sweet and boy the pad got used!

11.01.2022 Due to there being no championship for drag racing this year due to unforeseen circumstances, last week we built an engine and put it in the 9 second street commodore and went up and had a crack at round 1 burnout championship at Tarmac dragway the weather was against everyone on the day but was good to test the little burnout engine out and do a couple of burnouts on the pad, car went well look forward to when round 1/2 is run! Massive thanks to island batteries and Fuchs oil for there on going support!!

08.01.2022 Rain delayed for 2 weeks! Well we made it up to launny, car was 90% complete, thanks to everyone for the help, thanks to island batteries/ Fuchs, Repco, Tas performance warehouse,Andy from pro automotive, all the people that pulled together and helped me out! Cars good cant wait to get it tuned and set up the nitrous systems 100% and get this thing movin!!
