25.01.2022 With the 6 day hard lock down being lifted early, there has been some confusion... The original directive is STILL IN PLACE, which means swimming lessons ARE NOT starting back tomorrow (23rd November). We are still working to the original directive being lifted Tuesday 1st December, for lessons to start back on Wednesday the 2nd of December with all instructors. *further information to come closer to this date.... You can either: 1) access this letter from your email; you will need to save the letter, fill it in, save it again and email it back or me. 25.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MOST CURRENT COVID RESTRICTIONS The SA government has placed restrictions on all sporting activities for at least, the next 14 days. This means we must cancel lessons effective of 12 midnight tonight. Please do not attend lessons from midnight tonight, until further notice! ... We anticipate lessons can recommence Wednesday 2nd December, if SA Covid cases decrease. However, we will find out with the rest of the state if restrictions will lift at this time. You will be reimbursed the amount owed to you for the cancellation of lessons, only once the 14 day hold has been lifted. This is so, if we need to reimburse you for the rest of the term because restrictions haven’t lifted, we can do this at this time. **HOLIDAY SWIM PROGRAM** Enrolments WILL NOT open tonight. We will wait to hear from the SA government regarding the Covid situation before we open enrolments. We are terribly sorry for this. Lessons run for 30 minutes, every day for the week. Morning and afternoon session available. $100.00 for the week block of sessions. Our program is technique driven! This is an excellent opportunity for your child to refine their swimming technique before we all enjoy our holiday break (by the water for some of you). Our instructor, Chelsea, has 18 year experience teaching swimming and is also a Secondary PE teacher with 8 years teaching experience. Be assured you will receive quality tuition. We are located inside the Highway Church, with a beautifully heated pool (temperature ranges between 30 - 32 degrees); perfect for those cold frogs. This also means we don't cancel lessons due to poor weather. The change rooms are equip with hot showers and toilets. We look forward to seeing your children in the pool.

23.01.2022 As the enrolments for the Holiday Swimming Program have closed and we are starting this program Monday, we can now share our timetable for next term. We are excitied to share that our program will operate with 5 instructors next term! We can now offer lessons every day of the week (except Sundays) and cater for 302 students, wow! Chelsea has worked hard throughout Term 4 to train and teach our new instructors so we can offer more swimming times to the community. Being able ...to offer more times, means less people miss out. These times will appear on our website from Monday 6th of January and will OPEN for bookings Monday 13th January at 6pm. You are able to look over the website for the next week to decide what works for you BEFORE enrolments open. All bookings are via our website. New to our program is Louise. Louise did hours with Chelsea on Mondays and will instruct Infant, Toddler and Level 1 classes. Chelsea also trained Terese who has been very generous in giving her time to our program. She will also offer Infant, Toddler and Level 1 classes. Chloe will be back. You will meet Chloe if you are completing our Holiday Swimming Program and Kerrie is back for another term. The form on the website is pictured below to help you locate it on the website. Please bring along tomorrow (first lesson). Not medical form = no swim. I will have some available on the pool deck, however, parents can feel rushed at the start of the lesson trying to get paperwork finished and assist their child in getting changed prior to their lesson. Much easier to fill out at home and simply bring along :-)
