20.01.2022 Happy Christmas everyone!!! 2019 has been an awesome year for HCD. Weve seen two young men achieve Shodan-Ho (Black Belt) and another promoted to Shodan (1st Dan), congratulations Sensei Michael and Sempais Jeremy and Lachlan, and we opened a Dojo in Pimpama. To those that trained hard this year, WELL DONE... A lot of you have pushed yourself out of your comfort zone and have achieved higher levels of personal growth and fitness. Your commitment to your families, your frien...ds and yourselves makes me proud to be your Instructor. Thank you all for supporting our club and a special thank you to the parents that also commit time and effort bring your children to class. On behalf of Renshi Dennis, Sensei Michael, Sempais Jeremy and Lachlan and myself, have a absolutely awesome Christmas and lets make 2020 a year like no other. Shihan.

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, We have just been advised that all "non essential" access to schools have been stopped and therefore we are unable to run any classes for the foreseeable future. I am investigating online streaming of classes to allow those who would like to keep training to follow along. We are also looking to increase our online content in an effort to keep everyone active at home and helping them stay current with their training.... I will be suspending all direct debit payments effective today for one month and hopefully at the beginning of next term we will back stronger than ever. Thank you all so much for your loyalty and understanding during this difficult period, and we hope to see you soon. Shihan, and the HCD team.

14.01.2022 New COVID restrictions hit the Gold Coast tomorrow. We will continue to train with limited class numbers. Starting tomorrow morning will can only have 9 students and 1 instructor in each session. If there are more than 9 interested we will run a second class at 10am. PM me to confirm your place ...
