17.01.2022 Here’s a Lux with a little something different.. This customer contacted us looking for a replacement turbocharger for his old school T3 flanged ARB turbo manifold. With not much available as a appropriately sized bolt on option we had to look for a custom built unit. We were successfully able to put together a Garrett GT2860RS turbocharger and fit it with an AR.41 rear housing in the desired T3 bolt pattern. This allows us to fit a direct replacement unit to the manifold ...and maintain a still somewhat decent spool time for that low down power How’s the results 73HP 132HP 180nm 350nm of torque! 80% increase in power and 95% increase in torque! Absolutely insane results out of this rig And still on a stock fuel system.. We also, Custom fabricated a new intake pipe in 3 to the stock airbox Fabricated and fitted a custom front mount Intercooler system 3 304 S/S Dump Pipe EGT Gauge fitted Reconditioned Injectors Dyno tune NPC Performance Clutches 6878HD Clutch Kit

Check out the results 94.1HP 122.5HP... 250NM 300nm Over 30% increase in power and 20% increase in torque while massively increasing the drive ability with a nice steady torque curve right to the end of usable RPM.

01.01.2022 Our new highflow TD04 range is now available on back order to suit the Toyota Hilux 3L & 5L. We have made some recent adjustments to the design of this unit to allow for up to 20% more flow and a new exhaust flange allowing for a much more user friendly dump pipe design. This kit includes, ... Highflow TD04L Turbocharger Oil feed line Oil feed banjo bolt & copper washers Oil feed adapter to block Water lines Water line baker bolts & copper washers Water line barbs Dump pipe flange Manifold/turbo gasket Turbo oil drain Billet adjustable wastegate actuator and bracket Turbo studs This is our unique design that has been developed over time with a lot of R&D time on the dyno at different boost and fuel settings. Typically, on a non intercooled Hilux on a standard injector pump, this will produce 125HP and 300nm of torque @ 17psi. Giving us over 100% increase in power and torque over standard. For anyone with outstanding orders, your turbo will be upgraded to this unit free of charge however will still retain the old dump pipe flange style.

01.01.2022 The KZN130 Surf getting some decent numbers out of the little 1KZ Rolling in with 59HP & 170nm, this is probably the highest horsepower percentage increase we’ve seen in a while 206% increase in power right up to 181HP. We fitted one of our custom 1KZ 12MM mechanical fuel pumps, and a front mount intercooler.
