13.01.2022 ******CAKE DEMONSTRATION****** Spotlight Bairnsdale has requested me again to show you lovely cake enthusiasts some of my craft in action! Thursday 2nd Nov from 5pm I will be in store, taking part in their Christmas VIP night! ... I will be creating a sculpted Santa hat! I will have one complete on display which will be up for grabs on the night! So if you’re interested in watching my demonstration, or want to ask me any cake related questions, come on in!!! Hayley

09.01.2022 It comes to that time of year when it’s your own kids’ birthdays, meaning I have to get that apron back on. I haven’t been taking on cakes this year as life has been too hectic, but the odd one has snuck in & I’ve enjoyed turning my hand at it again.
