25.01.2022 You may not have been eating sticky date pudding twice a day for the past week, but I have, so I am KEEN for some aerobics and toning tonight to get back on track! See you at 6.30pm, BYO water and a mat if you have one!

23.01.2022 LOCKDOWN UPDATE! Given the Victorian 5-day lockdowns coming into effect 11:59pm tonight, we won't be able to run our Monday night dance aerobics class in the Hamilton Dance Company studios! So, I encourage you to stay home and sweat anyway I know it's Valentine's Day this weekend, but I mean exercising, like doing a workout guided by a Youtube Fitness Instructor. But, you know, whatever gets you moving!... Stay Safe, Stay Home and I'll see you next Monday 22nd hopefully! :)

22.01.2022 Class is ON tomorrow 6.30pm! The rains are coming and will hopefully break the heat, so it's due to be 22 degrees by 6pm tomorrow. Phew! See you then if you're keen to start the week with some fun aerobics, dance moves, core and stretching! We even did some guided meditation at the end of last week's class which was lovely, so there will be more of that too!...

14.01.2022 I'm THIS excited that we can still have our regular fitness class on Monday, even though it's a public holiday! If you're keen to repent for your long weekend's sins, join us at 6.30pm for an hour of aerobics, dance, toning and stretching, maybe with a little guided meditation to end Enter Wesley Hall at the Uniting Church through this door (off Alexandra Parade) - see you then!
