23.01.2022 To my valued clients, as you have probably heard overnight, I will no longer be able to provide any eyelash extensions or any beauty service from midnight tonight. With this you may need to book sooner for your infills. Keep your lashes looking amazing and keep up to date with your infills.

08.01.2022 In so many industries we hear so many people looking for the 'cheapest' deal not understanding the detrimental effect this mindset has on small businesses. You ...can't have it all. Quality of product and service Fast treatment Reduced price Quality of product & reduced price = fast treatment Fast treatment & reduced price = quality of product is poor Quality of product bring poor & fast treatment = reduced price Or choose Quality of product and service ONLY The beauty industry on average has to make between $100-120 an hour to cover cost, and to be paid their worth, this is their time upskilling, practising, refining their technique, studying and becoming the best they can be at there skill Lets use the nail industry as an example, nails on average take 60 minutes... Would you pay $100 every 3 weeks to get your nails done? If you answered NO, why is that? It's because the nail industry like so many other industries don't have clients who understand the costs associated with running a business and give in to the pressure of being cheaper because no one knows any different. Your nail lady who is charging you $60 every 3 weeks only earns $20 an hour after all her costs are taken away Would you be happy running your own business if you were only making $20 an hour? So here is my motion for change! Start telling your beauty or hair professional how much they are worth and suggest that they deserve to raise there prices and they shouldn't feel like they need to keep them 'cheap'. Beauty & Hair sisters, if you currently do not know your numbers please figure them out there are so many businesses that are undervaluing themselves Hope you enjoyed another Sommer rant
