25.01.2022 Dear Clients. Due to new restrictions from our PM, as of tomorrow I will be closed, as it is not possible to work in 30min times per client. I will be in contact to arrange each of my clients appointments and reschedule to a temporary opening date 25th April (4 weeks from now) I ask for those who are concerned with appointments please text, as I’ll be on the phone all day today and tomorrow to call every single client. 22.01.2022 Hello everyone. Just an update with the status of the salon. I am currently now only working fridays and Saturday’s, starting from 15th May. The salon will be only used by me on these days. Angela and Louise who share the salon with me, will work their own two days. This is to keep to government rules and regulations. Please call or message to arrange an appointment, and I'll get back to you ASAP. Please bear with me as I usually see 90-100 clients per month to fit into th...e two days. 22.01.2022 Dear clients Happy new financial year! I have a few updated things to let you about. ... I have changed my working hrs to now: Sunday - closed Monday - closed Tuesday 9am-9pm Wednesday 9am - 9pm Thursday - closed Friday 9am - 9pm Saturday 8am - 5pm Cancellation Policy: I am now going to introduce a cancellation policy. I’ll keep this simple by letting you know that if you don’t show up to an appointment without any notice, the charge will be the cost of the appointment service booked in. Sufficient times to cancel or change an appointment is no less than 24hrs before a scheduled appointment. If you cancel under the 24hrs prior to your appointment - a cancellation fee will apply (cancellation fees will be up to 50% of your service booking) If you’re going to be more than 10mins late for your appointment, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (this will result in a cancellation fee) Please call and check as I may also still be able to get you in, if I have no other client in after your appointment. I understand sometimes I also run late and will for future let you know if I am prior to your service. I understand emergency situations happen and can sometimes affect your scheduled appointment. I take these into consideration and fees and charges don’t apply. But there are still limitations as to how often emergencies happen, if too often. I keep all of these records logged in my ‘ booking system ’ to your profiles, and will notify you if it becomes too often Please understand I am a sole trader and not showing up or running late can effect my business. To prevent cancellation fees and or any miscommunications about scheduled appointments- I will now require your best contact email address so my system can send a 1 week reminder (I will collect your emails at your next appointment or you can text them to me and I can add them now). I also will now send text message confirmations 2 days before your appointment and you will be required to respond with a yes or no. If there is no reply in less than 24hrs of your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and a fee will apply ( your appointment time slot is important to me, and if You can’t confirm and someone else needs it, I am obligated to cancel and book them in) I do apologise if this sounds harsh, but it has happened a lot in the last 6months. 13.01.2022 Dear clients. To ensure the health and safety of myself and others in salon, I ask those who may be feeling any types of illness to please postpone/reschedule appointments. There will be no cancellation fees if you were to cancel on the day, so please send a text as soon as you’re not well. And to avoid limited contact with others in salon, I will be rearranging appointments to be more spaced out so that I can disinfect each station and basin properly in salon. In this time we all need to be calm, Patient and make the right choices to prevent the spread of this virus. I thank you for your understanding ‘IF’ I do need to make the decision on closing my salon down for the Quarantine period
