But others not so much. Regardless of whether Christmas brings you joy or not, all of this can make for a busy and stressful time. In our meditation on Monday night at Pilatestone at 7.30pm, we will be doing a mindfulness meditation where we focus on being prese...nt in the moment, and accepting what we find there, without judgment. This gives you the chance to let go of your thoughts about the past, or worries about what is coming up for you in the future, and allows you to simply be. Carving out a moment of time for yourself like this can be the most wonderful gift to yourself, allowing your nervous system to get out of fight or flight and reset for a calmer week ahead.
