21.01.2022 This (now cracked) helmet saved us a world of hurt today! Helmets are non negotiable for my boys on scooters and bikes. I see so many kids out without helmets and It really concerns me. The brain inflammation initiated or accelerated by a hit to the head can be devastating and life long! When certain types of brain cells (glia) become damaged by a hit, chronic stress or blood sugar irregularities, the damage spreads like wildfire and can affect more brain tissue than the ini...tial area of injury. Please consider your rules around helmets for your kids. I get some push back from my 8 year old but he knows it’s no helmet no ride. Accidents can, and do happen. Fortunately this little guy is totally fine, and he will certainly be getting some treatment tonight!

Here are some Lifestyle Recommendations to support the immune system: - Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and warm/hot water.
