19.01.2022 Just a few highlights from the recent Warringah Rugby Club Mental Health round. Thank you to everyone who donated or purchased merch on the day ! We raised over $1,500 and sold almost 100 trucker caps !! How good are they ? Thank you so much to all involved at Warringah Rugby to make this happen we couldnt have done this without you ! Taking such a lead role on the northern beaches is integral to us building a healthy community. So great to be able to continue to talk and act around building mental fitness

17.01.2022 Last years success in realising our fund raising goal was in part due to our amazing sponsors and also those that registered to swim. However the biggest contributor was the money raised by all the swimmers via their own fundraising pages. Take Ben Loudon ! 17.01.2022 Here at HAW we continue to help fund mental fitness workshops and programs, including Tomorrow Man, Tomorrow Woman and Man Anchor, across schools, clubs and community groups. To date, this has contributed to over 100 workshops being run for more than 4,500 people The Warringah Rugby Club has been a core part for many northern beaches families over generations. We have grown up wanting to represent and at the end of last year HAW funded a workshop with the Warringah Rugby C...lub First Grade Squad, as well as one for the Warringah Juniors. This weekend is mental health round and the club has very kindly invited us to be a part of their day. We will have a table selling merchandise and weve even been fortunate to have Johnson Bros Mitre 10 come on board to put our logos on the field !! Miro and his business, Event Marquees are responsible for all of the marquee’s that were on location during the swim and yes kept all of us and our gear dry during the swim ! If every registered swimmer was able to raise $10 today we would get another $5,000.00 to go towards building mental fitness in our community. So c'mon HAW community, together, we can do this!
