The small berries have now all been picked and will be distilled shortly using a delicious new recipe! 09.01.2022 Happy New Year!Whilst we’re glad to see the back of 2020, we’ve been working on a lot of projects in the background. We planted over 5,000 Illawarra Plum seeds and to celebrate the new year, we’ve started giving them each a new home! With the release of Tidal Lines, our new Illawarra Plum Infused Gin, our range of Illawarra Plum based products continues to increase and we’re excited to ensure our supply of the native goodies will only keep rising. If you haven’t had a chance to taste it, pop into the distillery for a sample!

04.01.2022 @manningstreetcellars are now stocking our latest limited release Illawarra Plum infused gin, Tidal Lines. Similar to a UK sloe gin, except with native Illawarra Plums instead of sloe berries. Delicious neat or with soda or in any sloe gin cocktail: Sloe Gin Fizz: 30mL Tidal Lines... 15mL freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 an egg white Prosecco Instructions: Add the Tidal Lines gin, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, a nice foam will form. Strain into a glass and top up with Prosecco
