Has been rowing since: Year 7- 2015 Who inspires you: My coaches, Sally Martin and Renee Chatterton both have competed at such a high level and achieved so much within their careers. Race Ritual: Stretching circle and squats with all the girls and then a crew chat and hands in with our coach. Favourite pre-race brekkie: Smashed Avo. Favourite pre-race carb-load: Spag Bol or Pesto Chicken Pasta What do you love most about rowing: Being able to set goals, work towards them and then achieve them. I love regatta days - hearing everyone cheering from the bank, motivating you to keep going. Favourite socks and why: My spotty socks - they are fun and loud, a bit like me. 14.01.2022 The SA Schools’ Head of the River sponsored by UniSA has been cancelled. The Head of the River recognises the Government recommendation that non-essential public gatherings of over 500 people should be cancelled from this Monday 16 March. The safety of our community of rowers, coaches, supporting families, volunteers and visitors is our highest priority.... Schools are working towards developing a program to conduct races at alternative times in the coming weeks. Further details will be provided to by individual schools to their rowing communities.
