12.01.2022 PSA As of the 1st of January ALL members and guests are required to sign in using the Service NSW app. Using your mobile phone camera or QR reader app, you can scan in at the check-in terminals located at reception. For the time being non-members will have to sign in using this new system along with their licence. Members will only be required to sign in using the QR code provided by Service NSW, and will no longer have to swipe their membership card on entry. ... We would recommend installing the Service NSW app prior to your visit for the quickest possible entry. If you are unable to download the app or don’t have access to a mobile phone, staff may sign you in but depending how busy it is this may take some time.
