23.01.2022 The only entrance open to the Hotel is through the front bar (end of the driveway, over looking the river) Please read the Conditions of Entry before entering to sign in. Signing in is now all done using your mobile phone. Please be patient with us, we are learning with you!... Every one must sign in, regardless of whether you are living in the same household. Once you are seated at a table, please do not switch tables and sit somewhere else. Tables and chairs are not to be moved under any circumstances. They are laid out this way for a reason. There are to be no more than 10 per booking and no more than 10 per table. You must remain seated at all times. Except for going to the Bar or Bistro, using the restrooms and using the TAB. We have a COVID Hygiene Marshall on duty during peak times, they will be wearing a yellow vest. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask a member of staff!

It will be held on Christmas Eve, starting at 5pm! A map of Santa’s trip through Shoalhaven Heads can be found in the current edition of the Heads News. Although this event is going ahead, it will be a bit different this year as Santa is not allowed out of the fire truck for meet and greets with the kids. Santa’s elves in the back seats of the trucks will be the ones throwing the individual packaged lollies out following the Covid Safe rules for the event. We are very excited to be able to continue our annual tradition for our amazing community. #NSWRFS

02.01.2022 With Long Weekend only a couple days away, we wanted to let you all know what restrictions we have in place to assure the health & safety of both our patrons and staff. The only entry to the pub is through the Front Bar door which is located at the end of the driveway, opposite the river. Guests MUST sign in with a name and contact number before entering the premises and 18+ will be given a wristband. You will be refused entry if you do not comply. There should not b...e anymore than 10 people sat at one table and guests must remain seated at all times with the exceptions of ordering food and drink from the bar & bistro, using the restrooms and using the TAB & Pokie Machine. Please use the floor markings laid out at both bars & TAB area. If all Xs are being stood on, please go back to your seat. This is so we can control people grouping and we ask you to be patient. Hygiene is our number 1 priority and we have hand sanitiser set up in multiple places around the hotel for guests to use on a regular basis. Table top items have been removed. Please ask our friendly Front of House staff if you require salt, pepper or any sauces with your meal. If you are seated outside and require the umbrella to be put up, please ask a member of staff to do this for you. All children must remain seated at a table accompanied by their parents/guardians and be under strict supervision. The playground will be open for a maximum of 6 children at a time and a parent MUST supervise them. Please also note, children must not come with their parents to queue at the bar or bistro and should be accompanied by an adult to the restrooms. If guests do not adhere to these rules, you will be refused service. Please take note of all signage put up around the Hotel and help us keep everyone safe!
