Our first workshop on Wed 23rd September at 11am we will be creating a beautiful hand zentangle which is not only a wonderful creative experience but also promotes the wonderful art of mindfulness. On Wed 24th September at 2pm we will have fun playing a series of different games designed to unleash your inner creativity.... Each workshop will run for approximately 1 hour, and all you need is some paper and your choice of simple drawing materials like fine tip pens, pencils or textas, or a combination.
