15.01.2022 Taking time out from our busy schedules to re connect, relax and focus on our wellbeing was the topic of conversation at YogaEarthLove today. Kate has created a tranquil space where you will immediately feel a sense of calm once you step into her welcoming space. Our Youth Reference Group Member Billie and Haylee spent time planning for Connection and Engagement with Kate in 2021. We are looking forward to learning more about the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and self care to share with you all next year. Thank you Kate for your support and for sharing your amazing space with us today
