19.01.2022 It saddens me to have to post this, however I have had an unfortunate situation where a Bride has agreed to a contract, paid her deposit and then informed me by email that she is not going ahead with her booking. Ive tried every avenue to contact her yet she will not return my calls, text, emails. Nothing! This has cost me an extraordinary amount of money at what should be my busiest time of year, and a booking that I had to turn away due to having her booking confirmed. ... SO PLEASE! FUTURE BRIDES, PLEASE! understand contracts are binding. The vendors you are dealing with are in this industry because we LOVE what we do, but we are also here to make a living. Canceling a booking, or becoming uncontactable is unfair. This is our livelihood and we also have bills to pay! It is not fun chasing people that owe money. It is even less fun to know that someone could do this to a small business! PLEASE be kind to your suppliers. PLEASE! We are here to support you, provide services for you and make your day as magical as possible. PLEASE dont make us regret being in this industry by mistreating us and costing us money!
