She is passionate about gender equality, mental health and disability advocacy. What have been some of your coping mechanisms whist dealing with world events over the past year and a half? Quarantine and online learning were really hard for me because I am very extroverted. So, I have defi...nitely been reaching out to friends and family to make sure that I am getting my fill of conversation. Swipe across for some tips on how to take a mental health day. 1 You don't need to go into detail or justif...y it to anyone. 2 Just like a sick day, do things that make you feel better.
