25.01.2022 Amy headed out to Dubbo North Public School today to talk with the Year 6 students about transitioning to high school and how this may affect their mental health. The students played games that helped them identify stressors and where they may feel them in their bodies and how to relieve this stress and seek support. The students were asked "who has got their back" and what makes a good friend. The students also took home information for their parents/carers about the headspace service and an upcoming online information workshop about Year 7 and beyond Dubbo North P&C
