25.01.2022 Building our 'emotional literacy' means having a better knowledge and understanding of the different things we feel and how they interact with our thoughts, physical sensations, and actions we take. Emojis are fun but they can also be a useful tool for expressing how we feel without knowing exactly how to describe it using words. They are another tool to help with self-awareness and communication. What's your emoji of the day?
