11.01.2022 Our Founder, Stephen, is holding a birthday fundraiser to raise funds for Hope, our next applicant, who is featured in the quote and photo below. I have been a single mother for the past 18 years, raising three beautiful Aboriginal children, and I am now a proud grandma of three beautiful grandchildren. My grandchildren would benefit from having a stable home to visit. I would love to have the stability and security of owning my own home. 100% of the funds raised from this... year's birthday fundraiser will go directly towards helping Hope purchase her own home. This will then have positive ripple effects by helping another family, who is likely to be homeless, move into Hope’s newly vacated community housing home. Think how good it will feel to know that you've been involved in ensuring that two families have safe, stable and secure housing! Thank you for your support, and Happy Birthday to Stephen! #makeadifference #openingdoorstobrighterfutures #endinghomelessness

11.01.2022 Recent research by the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute - AHURI shows that the things Australians most want from their homes is a sense of safety and security. We feel incredibly fortunate to be actively working to enable community housing tenants to own their own homes, vacating their existing tenancies so that someone else can experience the feeling of comfort that comes from no longer being homeless or at risk. #YourHomeIsWhereOurHeartIs #endinghomel...essness #gratitude https://theconversation.com/how-might-covid-19-change-what-

A special thanks to Westpac Group, our Founding Partner, for letting us use their facilities to host the event.
