25.01.2022 A MIGHTY SHOW FOR MAREEBA The Mareeba Speedway located in Far North Queensland will welcome a high quality field of SSA Modified Sedans to the venue this Saturd...ay Night. Drivers from around the state will do battle for the TM Contracting North Queensland Modified Sedan Title as the class looks to follow on from a bumper show put on the week previous down at the Pioneer Park Speedway. The Gilroy pair Wayne & Myles head the line up after finishing 1-2 at Pioneer Park as David "Tangles" Head is set to be a man on a mission after an impressive outing last Saturday Night aboard his popular Ford Falcon. Brisbane's Darran Lester & former Queensland Champion Brodie Boss aboard their newer model Ford Falcons will be hoping conditions are more to their liking at Mareeba as they hope to make a strong impact on the 2020/2021 season. Two of the more popular vehicles in the field the Ford Cortina of Adam Jorgensen and Chrysler Centura of former National Champion Matty Smith will certainly thrill punters with their exploits. Racing gets underway from 4.30pm as the SSA Modified Sedans and a small field of SSA Super Sedans form part of a huge night of racing.
