As more and more news of the spread of the virus reaches as daily now more than ever is the time to look after ourselves and consider ways to maintain a strong immune system. Often the simple and well known actions work best. Here are some suggestions:... > Diffuse through out the house or workplace regularly with onGuard Blend. Step it up by diffusing a few drops of Douglas Fir and Eucalyptus. Or Cardamon and your favourite Citrus Oil. > Start the day by applying a couple of drops of onGuard, Tea Tree and Oregano (or Thyme) to the soles of both feet. If possible repeat the process during the day and before bed. > For Children do the above using the "Touch" 10 ml roll ons of OnGuard, Tea Tree and Oregano. > Easy Air like onGuard is a great "everyday" blend to diffuse. Add a couple of drops of Frankincense or a citrus oil (or both) for a great protective blend that smells great. Consistency is the key. And a side note. It is locally grown and produced Essential Oils that we have suggested above. While Tea Tree and Eucalyptus are noted as single oils both play important roles in making onGuard and Easy Air such effective blends.
