25.01.2022 Happy Grand Final Day! It would be perfect if only both teams could lose but may the less worse team win. #nounderdogtosupport

21.01.2022 Happy Dental Health Week!

21.01.2022 In keeping with the task of limiting the movement of people, DHHS has mandated that dentistry moves to updated level 3 restrictions limiting our treatment to emergency and urgent treatment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. #staysafe

20.01.2022 In this challenging time, we have been carefully sifting through the ever-changing information, most importantly, from the ADA and AHPRA. We have decided that the best course of action is to reduce to only seeing patients who require urgent attention. If you do require an appointment, we would like to reassure you that we maintain high standards of infection control as set out by the Dental Board, and have implemented further strategies to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmis...sion. There will be dentists available Monday to Friday, however your usual dentist may only be available on certain days. The aim of these changes is to #flattenthecurve and make public distancing easier, thereby doing our little bit for society. If you need to, you can contact us on 03 5962 4673. We also welcome any new patients. Ps. Let me assure you that we will not be working from home, so you won't be receiving any midnight reminders to brush and floss! See more

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, we are having technical difficulties with our phones today so please be patient!

17.01.2022 With the state of disaster being declared in Victoria, our understanding is that the 5km travel restriction does not apply for your dental visit. We are earnestly waiting to hear the changes to restrictions on businesses and advice from the ADAVB tomorrow regarding the next 6 weeks. Stay tuned...

14.01.2022 We would just like to say a big thank you to all our patients in this tough time, from maintaining recommended inter-personal spaces to cancelling when unwell. We were unsure how the new protocols would be received, however we have had a great response and a lot of positive feedback with the implemented changes. With the impending six week lockdown, we will be following the directive of the ADAVB and AHPCC. At this stage, there have been no changes and we are still operating at Level 1 restrictions (ie. all treatment as long as there is no risk of a patient being positive to coronavirus).

12.01.2022 We are still open for emergencies and urgent dental treatment. This is in accordance with Level 3 Restrictions as per the ADA Guidance on Dental Treatment during COVID-19 Pandemic which sets out what procedures can be performed. We are also adhering to the special infection control precautions as set out in Managing COVID-19 Guidelines. As part of these guidelines, we have decided that we are unable to treat any patients with a moderate risk (having returned from overseas or ...having contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case) Anyone currently confirmed with COVID-19 will need to be treated at an approved hospital. We apologise if we can't provide the dental treatment that we usually would due to these guidelines, but please be assured that the safety of our patients, ourselves, and the community is paramount, and that we are following strict infection control protocol. We also have a zero tolerance policy to any aggressive behaviour. Thank you for your understanding in this difficult time. See more

12.01.2022 Healesville Dental Clinic will be closed for the Easter long weekend and re-open on Tuesday. Have a great Easter at home!

11.01.2022 Healesville Dental Clinic will be closed Friday 25th September to observe the "Grand Final Eve Public Holiday" which has been moved to October. This will allow us to provide more care for our patients as we move into easing of dental restrictions from Monday onwards. (It will also allow some maintenance like dealing with a leek in the building).

09.01.2022 Hi, in case you're missing your routine dental visit, sit back, shine a light in your eyes, open your mouth and enjoy... (We are still here for your dental emergencies)

04.01.2022 Watch out for snacking while staying at home! https://www.facebook.com/AusDentalVic/videos/243035490203347/

03.01.2022 We are excited to announce that as of Monday 27th April, we will return to Level 2 restrictions as per the AHPPC. While there are restrictions in place, we are able to provide greater care for our patients beyond just emergency treatment. We do however, accept that there is still the challenge of restricting the spread of COVID-19, and we will be following guidelines relating to minimising risks of transmission between staff and patient, from patient to patient, and between s...taff. These includes PPE, changes to waiting room, temperature measuring, thorough disinfection of high touch non-clinical areas as well as the usual clinical areas, limiting aerosols produced during treatment, plus many more. In.particular, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we may not be able to do your standard clean with an examination (don't all rejoice at once!). Also, your usual dentist may not be available on all days due to working in two independent teams. Thank you for your patience and support.

02.01.2022 We are pleasantly surprised with the announcement that dentistry is returning to (almost) normal. We are now able to offer a full range of treatment. There will still be added precautions to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 on top of our usual infection control. The announcement was unexpected, so please be patient as it may take 1-2 weeks to be fully operational.
