25.01.2022 For the last few months a determined trio of keen tilers have been meeting weekly to restore 3 of the panels that were damaged at the labyrinth pathway. Merran Macs, Olene Simon & Judy Osbourne have now finished priming the new boards & repositioning the tiles. The next stage of grouting will be situated back on site at the labyrinth & offers of help will be gratefully received. Photos show Olene & Judy putting finishing touches to the Sunburst panel
25.01.2022 The Labyrinth is looking freshly green at present with flowers blooming shyly. Families are using the picnic tables under the grapevine arbor and 2 new table settings are now being prepared by Council.
21.01.2022 Merran Macs our founding Labyrinth organizer, the driving voice behind the planning and establishment of this Healesville Community facility, has quietly sold up and slipped out of town. She should know how much her efforts have been appreciated, so to that end we will hold a Celebratory Walk in the Spring/Summer when restrictions have eased to gatherings of 20 or more. I am writing as Judy Osbourne. Please feel free to comment by adding your own reflections re the extensive contribution Merran has made to this town. #PeterWonderfeel, #CatherineTeresaNolan,#Olenesimon,#MerranMacs
21.01.2022 A trio of Pete, Judy , & Anna walked the labyrinth yesterday in a luxuriant setting bordered by autumn tinted vine leaves & plum coloured calistemon. With the tiled panels fully restored, the site is a cheerful reminder of the way Healesville Community comes together in this beautiful, peaceful space where we can pause to reflect on these uncertain times.
21.01.2022 The 3 mosaic tile panels that were taken down for repair last year - are finally finished. They were reinstalled just in time for the big remembrance cruise for the 10th anniversary of black friday, last saturday. Unfortunately the grouting couldn't be done because of the heavy rain. So this was done yesterday, all day, by Olene and Merran, until torchlight was required. Not complaining - it was a lovely evening on the labyrinth!
20.01.2022 Sorting and cleaning the tiles in preparation for relaying the mosaic.
19.01.2022 Thanks to Peet for leading us on an envigorating walk to contemplate what is new and emerging in our lives. Watch out for news of our next walk to coincide with the Spring equinox.
13.01.2022 Celebrate World Labyrinth Day on Saturday, May 4, 2019 , 'Walking as One at 1' in the afternoon. People around the globe will be walking labyrinths together on May 4th to lift up prayers of peace. We hope to have a few souls gather for this at Healesville Labyrinth....
12.01.2022 Winter has set in at the Labyrinth precinct but the Autumn garden of native and European plants was glorious and colourful this season. Perfect for a picnic when restrictions ease.

08.01.2022 Enjoyed walking the Labyrinth today with visiting enthusiast Dr Margaret Rainbow who is continuing her pilgrimage to a different labyrinth each day since she began last May. Joined also by visitors from Newport who provided us with an inspirational poem of guidance. Could not upload Merran's photos from the walk but captured a contrasting explosion of energy occurring in Healesville at the finish line of the inaugural Women's Herald Sun Cycle race. This evening"s skies were spectacular in anticipation of tomorrow's rare blue moon event. ( I'll update the photos when I learn how to share them from Messenger)

07.01.2022 here we are having a walk to honour something that is small and growing for each of us in our lives...
07.01.2022 Healesville Labyrinth is a spectacular space each autumn with its blend of pin oaks, natives & vines. Full sun enhances the features, especially the 3 relocated & lovingly restored tile panels which were originally painted by Community members. Time to visit before the leaves fall!
02.01.2022 Last days of autumn & the labyrinth is resplendant in red & gold
