From my continued journey and this past few months in my full time studies to becoming a Meditation & Mindfulness teacher with The Australian Centre for Meditation & Mindfulness, my practice and commitment to self care has greatly evolved. 10.01.2022 New moon Sagittarius , Eclipse, Winter Solstice....all within just over a week! Pheeeeew The start of a new cycle...endings and to new beginnings. A shaking and an awakening if you will to the start of a new year and a fresh start. Well it certainly explains the huge energy shifts happening at the mo...from the lows moving to the highest highs!! ... Perhaps you have noticed some old patterns, old beliefs, old emotions and stories....that you hmmm thought I had dealt with that one already coming up over the past days! It’s a time of, for many well old stuff coming up and rising to the surface again in order for us to process so we can finally release and clear! For some, bringing with it chaos and confusion...perhaps anger while for others; depending on your personal chart, bringing a playfulness, laughter and inspiration ...or, perhaps even a mix of the two. Either way; wherever you sit, to know you’re not going mad nor or you alone and that this eclipse and potent energy is pacing the way for the new and the fresh! Which I think we all welcome! Bringing with it a divine energy to create, be inspired and to manifest! Perhaps using this time though to ponder on what lessons you have learned this year...about yourself, your values, beliefs, what’s important. And what no longer serves you, what you no longer wish to carry in to the new year ahead!
